Cancellation Policy
Please kindly note that we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy.
For appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, we charge 50% of the service total. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service.
When a No-Show/Late Cancellation occurs, it takes large blocks of time that impact our hairdressers and other guests. We understand that sometimes things happen, however, we try to respect our hairdressers’ time as much as we try to respect yours.
